R.A. Whitfield Mfg. Co. was established in 1940 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA by
Raleigh A. Whitfield.  In 1950 operations were moved a few miles west to Mableton, Georgia.

Building on original plans from research and development, as well as customer needs requests, the Whitfield line of Reforestation Equipment has become the leader in the industry today.

Shipments are routinely made to points as close as 50 miles from our plant to points all over the world.    We service reforestation equipment needs ranging from small farmer sites to large paper company and government nurseries and tree seedling transplanting operations.

We are sole authorized supplier of replacement parts for all our equipment as we are best able to determine your particular needs for area and soil you are planting.

Over the years we have been fortunate to establish a fine customer service personnel staff and a production line of employees long dedicated to producing a quality and durable piece of equipment and service after the sale. Over 90 percent of our employees have been with us longer than ten years.
